Birthday Beginnings

DAY 10
Kilos Lost - who cares, it's my birthday!!

Today has been the complete opposite of yesterday!!  After such a shock in the morning yesterday hubby and I decided now is the time to take action to set me on the road of recovery so I can keep growing older.  Last night (at my doctor's recommendation) I gave notice to my work so I will be finishing up at the end of the month.  This will give me more time to get better and to get my health and fitness back on track!

So yesterday was a day of endings and today is a day of beginnings!!

To start with The Year of the Rabbit started today (and it's also my birthday) and in Chinese Astrology I am a rabbit.  I take this as a lucky sign that this is going to be my year!!  After a horrible past 18 months things are now looking up and I am now looking forward to the future instead of fearing it! 

I have replaced my birthday wine with birthday water to help with the flushing of my kidneys so I am feeling fit and fresh and ready to take on the world!!  Tomorrow I will be tying up my laces and hitting the pavement again!
