Day 1
I talk and talk about changing my attitudes and the way I do things and I have decided to set myself a goal (not a challenge because being happy and positive shouldn't be a challenge!).
Every day for one year I am going to write or post a photo about something positive that happened in my day. Perhaps if I can learn to focus more on the positives than the negatives (which we all tend to get sidetracked by negativity) then I will lighten my mental load :-)
So here goes -
POSITIVE THOUGHT NO. 1
I love walking to and from school with my girls. We talk about everything! I love the way they seem to try to out talk each other about how great their day was. I love that there are no other disruptions or distractions and it is just us. I even love it in the rain. We slosh in the puddles and stick our heads out of our umbrellas and laugh at the challenge on trying not to get wet. Walking to and from school is my favourite part of every day.
