Day 282
This is a good week for fitness for me! I actually got to go to the gym for 2 days in a row!! I haven't been able to do that all year! Today I went to the boxing class, which was a struggle with my dodgy hands but I made it through.
I have really missed the endorphins and energy I get from exercising so I am making the most of it while I can! Who knows I may even back it up this afternoon with a session of Hip Hop Abs!
