A Positive Year - Day 203

Day 203

This morning I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was really cranky and grumpy.  Instead of wallowing in it I decided to force myself to get out of the rut of bad mood I was in and go for a walk along the waterfront in the sunshine.

By the end of the walk I was feeling so much better!  My black mood had lifted and I feel so much more relaxed and a hell of a lot happier than I was feeling this morning.

It's amazing how something as small as going for a walk in the sunshine can make a huge difference to your state of mind!  And the best part about it is that it is free!!
